Shipping Policy
Domestic orders are dispatched within 24 hours and delivered in 2–4 business days via priority courier. International orders ship via DHL Express with 5–9 business day delivery. Complimentary shipping on orders over ₹4,999.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery, with complimentary reverse pickup within India. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Engraved, made-to-order and final-sale pieces are non-returnable.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. You'll receive an email at every stage of the process.
